My Story
Thomas is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey, a Board
Certified-TeleMental Health provider (BC-TMH), and a Certified Compassion Fatigue
Professional (CCFP). He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Centenary
University and brings experience across outpatient, partial hospitalization, and early intervention
settings.
Thomas provides a collaborative and structured approach with a calm, steady presence,
establishing a strong therapeutic relationship while integrating evidence-based modalities such
as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, existential and
humanistic therapy, and trauma-informed care. He is currently enrolled in Level 1 Internal Family
Systems (IFS) training, further deepening his work in parts-based therapy and self-leadership.
Additionally, Thomas’s training in telehealth ensures secure and effective remote services, while
his certification in compassion fatigue equips him to support clients experiencing burnout,
chronic stress, and the emotional impact of caregiving or high-responsibility roles. With his
clinical experience and grounded, thoughtful approach, Thomas is dedicated to helping clients
build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
