West Windsor Office

My Story

Max earned his Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. Clients often describe Max as warm, collaborative, and relatable, sharing that they feel understood, empowered, and gently challenged in ways that support growth.

Max’s work integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with a person-centered foundation. Sessions are conversational, strengths-based, and validating, with an emphasis on helping clients connect to what matters most to them. He supports clients in building psychological flexibility, developing practical coping skills, and strengthening their ability to make intentional decisions that reflect who they want to become.

Max welcomes feedback throughout the therapeutic process. If something feels misunderstood or a client is not getting what they need, he encourages open conversation so the work can remain aligned with the client’s goals and experiences. Max also values cultural humility and has experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Max’s main goal is to create an environment where authenticity is welcomed in the therapy room, encouraging clients to show up as they are without pressure to perform or present a polished version of themselves. Above all, he aims to help clients feel supported as they move toward a life that feels meaningful, aligned, and genuinely their own.
