My Story

Madeeha is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in the  state of New Jersey. Madeeha utilizes a, empathetic, compassionate, person-centered, and holistic approach to bring trauma-informed care clients.

Madeeha’s clinical expertise includes utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions so that every client can live their best life. Madeeha places a strong emphasis on collaboration and empowering clients, tailoring treatment to meet individual client needs.

As a social worker, Madeeha strongly believes in dignity, respect and self-worth and determination for every individual.
