My Story
Liz is an experienced office manager with a strong background in administrative operations, corporate governance, and client relations. Currently serving as the Office Director at Safe Place Counseling and Therapy Center, she is responsible for overseeing the daily business operations of the private practice, including scheduling, onboarding, insurance verification, billing, and maintaining compliance with office policies. Her ability to streamline processes and provide exceptional organizational support ensures that the practice runs smoothly, allowing the therapists to focus on delivering high-quality care to clients.
Before joining Safe Place, Liza gained extensive experience in corporate governance and IT support at JSFC Sistema, where she managed shareholder relations and facilitated communication between board members and stakeholders. She also has a rich history of supporting senior executives, including roles as Personal Assistant to Vice Presidents at Deloitte. Earlier in her career, Liza held positions at J&K Incorporated in New York, where she supervised fraud detection, chargeback management, and customer service operations, as well as handled billing and order processing in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Her role involved liaising with major banks, resolving fraud disputes, and optimizing the company’s online platforms.
Liza holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from Minsk State Linguistic University and is proficient in multiple languages, including Russian, Belorussian, and basic German, Polish and Ukranian. She is skilled in a variety of software, including Simple Practice, QuickBooks, SAP, and CRM systems, QA Testing and has a deep understanding of maintaining medical and business documentation.
Her diverse skill set and dedication to creating a welcoming and efficient environment make her an invaluable member of the Safe Place team, helping the center thrive in providing therapeutic services to the community.
