Dominique Ravin is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey. She is passionate about helping those with a history of trauma, mood disorders and general mental health challenges see beyond the heaviness of their struggles. She helps clients to understand how their unique stories have led them to where they are today as well as to learn relevant coping and emotional regulation skills. Most importantly, she holds onto hope for them until they are able to themselves. Dominique implements a plethora of modalities including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
