My Story
Annalese Gagliardi is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Caldwell University. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in dance from Salve Regina University, where she recognized the importance of meaningful human connection in mental health support while cultivating an appreciation for diverse forms of emotional expression. Annalese uses evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques that recognize the interconnectedness of the mind and body in her practice. Annalese approaches counseling as a collaborative process, engaging in empathy, respect, and inclusivity to promote inner strength and personal growth.
