My Story

Allyson is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey. Allyson is passionate about helping individuals of all ages make sustainable change in their lives. Allyson’s dynamic approach to therapy is holistic and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, focusing on empowering and challenging clients to develop effective coping strategies and achieve personal goals.

Allyson utilizes evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness skills to help individuals with trauma, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and body image concerns. She is dedicated to providing the best possible quality of care by leading with passion, empathy, and kindness.​ Allyson is EMDR trained and in the process of EMDR certification.
