My Story

Sana Ansari is an undergraduate student at Rutgers University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a strong interest in clinical mental health and inclusive care. As an intern, Sana is deeply committed to creating a supportive and welcoming environment, bringing a thoughtful mindset and a genuine passion for helping others to her role at Safe Place.

With experience in both academic and community settings, Sana is particularly passionate about empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds and helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood. She is currently expanding her understanding of evidence-based approaches while gaining practical experience in creating thoughtful, client-centered care.
