Rachel Crutchley,
LSW

Skillman Office

My Story

Rachel is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of New Jersey, earning her Masters of Social Work from Rutgers University. Rachel’s clinical interests are rooted in her previous experience working with adolescents and young adults who have experienced interpersonal violence. Rachel has additional certifications in promoting child and adolescent well-being, restorative justice practices, and domestic violence advocacy. Rachel has created individual and group treatments designed to support survivors of trauma in their journey to find a place of safety and resilience. To do this, Rachel uses client-centered and strengths-based approaches which underscore her vision that therapeutic services are about reigniting the skills that every individual has at their disposal. Rachel works with clients of all ages using Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), self-compassion practices, and trauma-focused psychoeducation. She is EMDR trained and in the process of EMDR certification.
